Laura's Bio

Laura taught herself to play the guitar when she was just eight years old, and started writing songs when she was 16. At 17 she joined a band as a singer/guitarist and songwriter.

When Laura was at university she co-wrote and scored a musical that was taken to the Edinburgh Fringe.

Laura has also turned her hands to the decks, DJ'ing in a nightclub, and was also in a band at university as a singer.

Laura has written and recorded numerous songs, some of which were re-arranged and re-recorded for
About Eight's first CD, Never Too Late.

Laura also writes and performs incidental music in her spare time.
